As the Director of LAD Aaron Guerin has 15 years architectural experience. Prior to establishing LAD in 2007 Aaron was employed by a number of high profile design practices in New Zealand & overseas . He maintains a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the design process.

It is essential that from the moment a client enters the LAD office they receive excellent service. As the office manager Charlotte is responsible for ensuring that all clients feel welcome and comfortable to discuss their design requirements in a professional and relaxed environment. It is also imperative that Charlotte ensures LAD deliver innovative design solutions, on time and within budget.

MIKE BAIRD

SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER & TECHNICIAN

Mike is a qualified architectural designer with 15 years professional experience. He has an excellent construction knowledge and understanding of the New Zealand building code. This knowledge, along with Mike's eye for detail translate to a skilled designer who produces design plans of a superb standard.
