LAD takes the stress out of your building experience. They can be involved with your building project on a number of levels: 1) BUILDING DESIGNDesigning and documenting your new home, work place or renovation project, and letting you take care of selecting and managing builders and trades people. If this is the option you select, LAD is available at any stage of the process to offer advice and answer questions. 2) DESIGN & BUILDDesigning, documenting and project managing your building project. LAD would manage all stages of the building process - from the building design and documentation, liaising with the council and local authorities, selecting builders and trades people (after close consultation with the client) to overseeing the building onsite.
