Architectural Technician – ArchiCAD Expert
Cambridge, NZ | Residential & Commercial Projects

Due to our continued growth, LAD Architecture is on the hunt for a talented and experienced ArchiCAD Technician to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary Cambridge-based team.

In this role, you’ll work across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, managing multiple projects with skill and confidence. We’re looking for a technically strong professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for architecture, and the ability to engage clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities include:

Producing and coordinating high-quality technical documentation.
Engaging with clients and building positive, long-lasting relationships.
Collaborating with the team to resolve complex design and technical challenges.
Demonstrating unwavering attention to detail and a record of delivering outstanding architectural outcomes.
Bringing energy, initiative, and drive to your role and our practice.

What we’re looking for:

4+ years’ experience in ArchiCAD.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to a high standard.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
Enthusiasm for creating excellent architectural outcomes.
Valid NZ work entitlement or NZ citizenship/residency.
