CONCEPT DESIGN
We begin with a relaxed and collaborative conversation to understand your vision, needs, and the unique potential of your site. From there, we develop the initial design — capturing the the floor plan, site layout, and external elevations. This is a fluid stage, where ideas are refined and adjustments made, ensuring the design feels just right before moving forward.

3D VISUALISATION
This optional stage brings your project to life through high-quality 3D imagery and, where appropriate, immersive 3D walk-throughs. These visual tools offer a clear understanding of spatial relationships, materiality, and the overall design — allowing for thoughtful refinements before progressing to the building consent documentation stage.

BUILDING CONSENT DOCUMENTATION
At this stage, we prepare comprehensive drawings and documentation required for building consent approval. These documents also serve as the foundation for accurate pricing and on-site construction.
We take pride in our precise and considered detailing — ensuring every trade involved is working from a clear, coordinated set of plans. The result is a more streamlined, efficient, and ultimately more enjoyable building experience for everyone involved.

INTERIOR DESIGN
For clients seeking a cohesive and timeless interior aesthetic, we offer tailored interior design services. Whether you opt for a fully resolved, detail-rich scheme or some occasional guidance on finishes and colour selections, the team are always happy to help.
A consultation fee will be provided prior to commencing any design work, based on the level of involvement required.

PROJECT PRICING
Using the detailed building consent documentation, we can assist in obtaining accurate pricing for your project — helping to avoid unexpected costs and budget blow outs. Alternatively, clients are welcome to manage pricing independently, with guidance from our team where ever required.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this final and optional stage, we offer a hands-on presence throughout the construction process — coordinating with council and relevant authorities, assisting in the selection of skilled tradespeople, and making regular site visits to ensure the design is executed with care and precision.
Our continued involvement helps keep the build aligned with the design intent, streamlines on-site communication, and helps avoid unnecessary delays or budget blowouts.

Following our initial meeting to discuss your project in detail and determine the level of involvement you require — we’ll provide a tailored letter of engagement. This outlines the scope of services, associated costs for each stage, and ensures transparency from the outset, with no surprises along the way.
