This 1990s Kiwi bach underwent a full architectural transformation, reimagining the home as a modern, high-end coastal retreat. Plaster cladding was replaced with sleek Titania Coloursteel wide-tray panels, giving the exterior a contemporary coastal feel. The floor plan was reconfigured to frame expansive ocean views, with extended living areas and large glazing units creating light-filled, seamless interiors. Luxury finishes and a timeless material palette elevate the home, while a Louvretec-covered entertaining area extends the main living space for effortless indoor-outdoor coastal living.
